Dev Tools & Code
Many of you already know about a free service called FeedBurner, now owned by Google. Besides giving you a layer of abstraction between your feed subscription servicing and your blog engine (WordPress, dasBlog, BlogEngine.NET, etc) it also has several other cool (and did I mention free?) tools.

Email Subscriptions allows visitors to sign up to receive an email each day with the contents of your new posts sent to them in the email, so they don't have to use an RSS reader and don't have to remember to keep checking the web site. This is particularly handy for friends and family members that are novice computer users. Here's an example email:

Link Splicer allows you to pull in your recently added social bookmarks (like del.icio.us, Furl, digg, ma.gnolia, etc) and FeedBurner will composite them into a daily feed post, like this:

Photo Splicer will pull in your recently added social photos (like Flickr and WebShots) as a daily post, too. I don't use a social photo site so I don't have a screen shot, but I'm sure it works well.
FeedBurner also has several other cool tools like the ability to password protect who can subscribe to your feed, add a creative commons license to each post, display a feed count (number of subscribers) on your web site, and more. They used to do some of their own statistics but now that they've been acquired by Google they are leaving that to Google Analytics, which is another great tool.
