Web UX
One of my favorite web design blogs is CSS-Tricks. Chris Coyier is the commander-in-chief of the site and does a great job of covering various topics on CSS, jQuery, and various other web development/UX related articles. His site also has some great examples to download.
Chris also has a side project that I particularly enjoy called Quotes on Design, which is exactly what you'd think: a collection of quotes from various people about design. He's even written a JavaScript API of sorts to pull in the content on your own site, if you like.
